ABCD Updates:
12/24/15 - Cleaned up the parameters by removing the Restore section.
2/17/15 - Modified the indicator to work on non-equidistant bars. User is cautioned when using it as the irregularly spaced bars may cause the tool to look odd but it is still mathematically correct and usable.
